Neuropsychological Consultation and Collaborative Care

Lifepaths Counseling Service provides neuroscience-informed psychological and neurocognitive support for individuals experiencing cognitive, emotional, and functional changes following neurological illness or injury.

Referrals are welcomed from physicians, rehabilitation providers, and healthcare professionals seeking collaborative support for patients navigating recovery and adjustment.


Common Referral Situations

Patients are often referred when experiencing:

  • Persistent symptoms following concussion or acquired brain injury

  • Cognitive fatigue or reduced functional endurance

  • Adjustment difficulties following stroke or neurological illness

  • Headache or migraine-related functional impact

  • Sensory overload or environmental intolerance

  • Anxiety or mood changes complicating medical recovery

  • Autonomic symptom adjustment (including dysautonomia-related stress responses)

  • Return-to-work or functional reintegration concerns
